Lowering your daily toxic load

I love sharing all of my knowledge and skills with you. Through my in person class, courses, live films, DIY, blogs and posts on all of my social media platforms. I can help you feel supported and confident when making the changes to lower your everyday toxic load. I focus on household items, growing and making my own food, health, animals, cleaning, gardening, everyday items you use on your skin, first aid kit and simply swapping products in and out when possible!

Building a community of like minded people who can support one another.

Community is a massive part of B’s Patch. I love supporting and helping people and their animals. B’s Patch is about helping you understand and implement more natural options in your everyday lives.

There are many opportunities for people to chat and discuss low toxic living/ essential oil support and basic everyday swaps in the supermarket and home.

B’s Patch is a place where you can ask many questions and discuss your ideas, problems and success throughout your more low toxic life.

Educating you in relation to animal care and self selection

I enjoy sharing my knowledge on animal care/ training and health. I currently am a cert 2 Animal Care trainer and enjoy working with my students in relation to educating them about all aspects of animal care.

I love animals and can’t ever remember not having them in my life. Though my low toxic journey, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Caroline Ingraham’s Zoopharmacognosy method. I was blown away by how powerful the self selection method was. I have continued to develop my skills and knowledge and in this area and love sharing all I know with others.
